Stop using Sysprep utility in Windows XP Service Pack 3

Its true that "Your computer might stop responding after Installing Sysprep tool in a Windows XP Service pack3"

If you restart your computer to chek whether Sysprep image is working correctly then you might land up getting "A blank white screen is displayed after typing the password on the Welcome page"

Resolution:

- Remove the OemCust parameter from the Oobe.ini file that is located in the “%windir%\System32\Oobe directory.
- Include an appropriate HTML file that is named OemCust.html in the %windir%\System32\Oobe\Html\Oemcust directory.
