Does your Internet explorer 7 automatically opens more child windows ?

Problem:
"When we use shortcut menu 'Run As' to open internet explorer 7,automatically more child windows starts opening"

This problem might occur in Windows Vista,Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Service pack 2.

Resolution for Windows Vista: (take a backup of registry before modifying it)

1.Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl
3.On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Key.
4.Type the following name, and then press ENTER:
FEATURE_SHELLWINDOWSWITHOUTEXPLORER
5.On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
6.Type iexplore.exe, and then press ENTER.
7.On the Edit menu, click Modify.
8.Type 0, and then click OK.
9.Exit Registry Editor.

Resolution for Windows XP Service Pack 2:


1.Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
2.Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl
3.On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Key.
4.Type the following name, and then press ENTER:
FEATURE_SHELLWINDOWSWITHOUTEXPLORER
5.Type iexplore.exe, and then press ENTER.
6.On the Edit menu, click Modify.
7.Type 0, and then click OK.
8.Exit Registry Editor.
