Installing uninstalling and reinstalling silverlight

Installation:

To ensure that silverlight has been installed correctly, follow these steps in sequence.
1. Download the .exe from http://silverlight.net/
2. Extract the setup files
3. Run install.exe

• Logging:%Temp%\silverlightUI####.txt
• Requirement checks

4 Run MSI

• Logging:%Temp%\silverlightMSI####.txt

Uninstallation:

This is fairly simple process that can be completed from the Uninstall interface in Windows Vista,or from the Add/Remove programs interface in Windows XP.

Reinstallation:

To reinstall silverlight, simply uninstall the application and then install it back.
