Artful Toshiba launches series of notebooks

Artful Toshiba has launched new series of notebooks in India. Artful The new series consists of four major and two mini portable notebooks. The new range is priced between Rs 22,990 to Rs 53,490 excluding taxes.

The new range of laptops are loaded with design features that appeal to the human visual and tactile senses. The products offered are NB200 Notebook, Satellite M500, Portege M900, Satellite L510 and L500 Satelitte.

The range includes notebooks NB200 Cosmic Black Color Fusion with stripes and the other with brown satin. These 10.1-inch wide-screen LED backlit mini laptops feature Intel Atom processor (1.6GHz N270/1.66GHz N280), with Intel 945GSE graphics chipset and comes preloaded with Windows XP Home. These mini-notebooks acceleromter free 3D feature for the detection of falls, shock or vibration signals to send hard drive off. You can add up to 160 GB HDD, which is a kind of surprising, as netbooks generally support up to 250GB of hard disk storage.

There are also two USB 2.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port with Sleep and Charge feature that allows users to charge portable electronics and mobile phones, even when the unit is off. Its advanced multimedia communications capabilities and to demonstrate that a small portable form factor can still be ready for business or multimedia applications. Portege M900 laptop powered by Intel technology including Intel Centrino Duo CoreTM2 and 2048MB of system memory, is able to cope with most tasks. It weighs only 2.15 kg, it comes with hard drive protection mechanism to protect valuable data. 13.3 "high definition SuperView display and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a luminance of 250 NITS offers an experience chart. Its small form factor ensures high mobility.

M500 comes in a frame color Black with Champagne Premier gold, cover of the LCD screen comes with the product based on Toshiba Fusion Finish IMR (Rolling molded) technology with a design sonic AERO.

This 14.1-inch widescreen TruBrite HD display supports M500 LED backlit display 720p HD content at 1366 x 768 pixels resolution. For graphics, Intel GMA 4500MHD with M500 has 128MB-1759MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory that can be used for viewing of multimedia HD HDMI port on forever. In addition, the built-in camera allows HD video recording quality.

M500 supports 802.11 a / g / n WLAN. Other features include Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, built-in webcam with microphone, touch-control input, Multi-Touch track pad, eco energy saving mode, fingerprint reader, memory card reader and ExpressCard slot.

The new Satellite L500 and Satellite L510 widescreen laptops. Intel Pentium Dual Core processors and Intel Core 2 Duo for the Satellite L500 laptop. Satellite L510 comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo. Satellite L510 has 14-inch Clear Super View LED backlit screen, while L500 has 16-inch HD and two support models in 720p HD 1366 x 768 pixels resolution.
